How is this different from the Semaglutide Program?+
Tirzepatide acts on two hormone receptors (GIP and GLP-1) instead of one. Your provider can walk you through both options at your consultation to help determine which pathway fits your goals and health profile.
What’s the difference between the three tiers?+
Standard includes Tirzepatide alone. The Reina Optimal adds weekly Vitamin B12 at a 15% package discount. Reina Transform™ VIP adds a monthly Myers’ Cocktail IV, body composition analysis, and referral support for nutrition and physical therapy — combining every layer of support in one program.
Can I switch tiers or switch to Semaglutide later?+
Yes. Your provider can discuss adjusting your program — including switching tiers or medications — at any follow-up visit based on your goals and progress.
Are there people who shouldn’t use this medication?+
Yes. This medication is generally not appropriate during pregnancy or for those with a personal or family history of certain thyroid cancers (such as medullary thyroid carcinoma) or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2. Your provider will review your full health history before starting any program.
What does a typical visit schedule look like?+
