What to Expect at Your Consultation
Your consultation is a calm, private conversation — not a sales pitch. Your provider will listen to what you’d like to change, assess your skin and features, and answer every question honestly. Together you’ll map out a plan that fits your goals, your comfort level and your budget. If a treatment isn’t right for you, we’ll tell you. You’re never obligated to book anything the same day.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
To reserve your appointment, a reservation fee is required at the time of booking. Please review the details below before your visit.
Applied toward your consultation or treatment within 30 days.
Required for all treatments, applied toward your total on the day of service.
A higher fee may apply for select or extended appointments.

Welcome! Every new client begins with a consultation so we can get to know you and your goals before recommending anything. It’s the best way to make sure your plan is truly tailored to you.
Which provider will I see?+
You’ll be paired with one of our board-certified nurse practitioners for your consultation. Every member of our clinical team follows the same rigorous standards, so you’re in expert hands no matter who you see.
How long is the consultation?+
Most consultations take about 15–30 minutes — enough time to talk through your goals unhurried and answer all your questions.
Can I bring someone with me?+
Of course. You’re welcome to bring a partner, friend or family member for support.
What if I need to reschedule?+
Just reach out by phone or text and we’ll find you a new time. If you give us at least 48 hours’ notice, your $50 reservation fee transfers right over to your new appointment. Cancellations under 48 hours or no-shows forfeit the fee. See our full Reservation & Cancellation Policy above for details.
Do you offer financing?+
Yes. We partner with Cherry for flexible monthly plans, including 0% APR options for those who qualify. You can explore financing anytime — there’s no impact to your credit to check.
